How long does it take for my order to ship?
Orders made before 2 p.m. CST will be shipped same day. Orders after 2 p.m. CST will be shipped the following business day. USPS Shipping takes 3-7 business days.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been received. You will also receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once it has been shipped, which will include a tracking number for your package that you can use to track your package at www.ups.com.
Do you charge sales tax? By law, we must charge 5.5% sales tax to Wisconsin residents. What payment methods do you accept? We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY - Customers have 14 days after merchandise is received to return/exchange any unwanted merchandise with the exception of items designated as custom-made items (such as personalized merchandise), which may not be returned or exchanged. Customers may return an item for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Any returned item must be UNUSED, UNWORN and have its original tags or packaging, if applicable. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied with the original receipt. All items purchased on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How do I make an exchange? Please e-mail us at info@littlelaboutique.com and let us know what you would like to exchange your item for or that you would like store credit. You are responsible for shipping costs and providing us with a tracking number for the package you are returning.

Can I use my gift card at littlelaboutique.com? For now, you can only use your gift card at our store location. We are currently working on our site and will soon be able to process your gift card online.
